Dipendra Giri, with various specialized and intensive management courses
in tourism, heads the firm. He is a modest, energetic man with much
tourism knowledge and experience of Bhutan and the neighboring Himalayan
destinations. He has held several senior executive positions in leading
Travel and Tour Companies in Bhutan during his career.
Vishal,
IndiaVishal who has undergone various specialized and intensive management courses related to the travel industry heads the firm. Apart from these qualifications he has been associated in the travel & hospitality industry for more than a decade working in senior managerial capacities. Vishal is based in Delhi and he is responsible for ground handling of all S. Asia Travels / Tours in entire India.
Tour Guides
Our Tour Guides are basically freelancers but they have high level of education, excellence in English language and in depth knowledge of history, culture and tourism. Our are the pioneer guides of Nepal with experiences of more than 15 years.
Trekking Guides
Normally our trekking guides are all from remote villages for whom every day life is a trekking! Going to the farm, fetching drinking water, collecting fodders for the cattle and other daily acctivities requires quite a good amount of ascending and descending in the mountainous villages of Nepal. So, our guides know the trails, the vegetation along, the mountains that loom in your front, local culture and traditions.Our guides, as per the tourism regulations of Nepal, are trained by Nepal's official tourism training center and licensed by the tourism ministry. Although, they don't have higher college level education, they speak fairly good English.
