Terms & Conditions
The following booking conditions apply to all trips operated by S. Asia Travels (P.) Ltd.
HEALTH:
Good health and physical fitness are required on all trips. We recommend a physical examination for all Guests on extended treks.
INSURANCE:
It is a condition of booking a tour/trek with S. Asia Travels (P.) Ltd. that Guests must be protected by insurance that covers cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and loss, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects.
All costs for emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf. It is important that any insurance policy issued to cover emergency evacuation for a trek does not exclude alpinism or mountaineering.
Note: Rescue insurance is not available.
PAYMENT
01: We require US$ 40 % deposit per person 60 days before the starting date of the trek. Full payments will be due prior before departure group from Kathmandu.
02: For Tour/trek that require Domestic flight , Booking (50% deposit for the total cost) should be made 03 months ahead. Booking for normal tour trek will be confirmed upon receiving 40% deposit of the total cost before 45 days. Full payments must be paid upon your arrival.
03: For Tibet, Bhutan, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh,Srilanka, Maldives & Thailand Tour: Reservation can be accepted 50% Deposit of the total cost. Full payments will be due prior your arrival in Kathmandu or any arrival places to our Agent after receiving all amount we will send you the invoice.
We offer two methods of payment:
1. Bank
2. Any Money Transfer.
Both method because it is fast, secure and easy.
Note: Final payment should be in cash once you arrive in any arrival places. Please note that we discourage payment by credit card because this incurs an additional service charge that we have not included in the cost of your trek. (5%) Depend on countries.
CANCELLATION:
1. For any cancellation made 60 Days before the departure date there shall be no cancellation charge.
2. 50% service charge against total cost of trip if cancellations made prior to 30 days before departure date.
TOUR LEADER:
For group of the 16 or above full paying persons, Tour leader will be free of cost for land arrangements..
